I started CompleteCarnivore.com for one simple reason: I love meat. Steaks, bacon, pork, lamb, seafood, chicken… for the most part if it was an animal I like it. Give me a big plate of chicken wings and I am happy. Put a slab of ribs in front of me and I will cook it. Throw a steak on the grill and I will be there.

Advanced techniques – Once again, simple is better. I want to share food and recipes nearly everyone can cook
Vegetables – OK, maybe as a side dish sometimes

The best places to buy – Yes, you can buy meat online. Yes, it is usually better than what you can get at the local supermarket
Tools to use – You don’t need fancy equipment to make a great meal
I am not a trained chef by any means but I do really enjoy meat. I have cooked a lot of it and will be testing a number of different methods, cuts of meat, sources for meat, and flavors and will share it all with you. Whether it is a comparison of two grocery store bacons, a side by side test of waygu beef vs. standard grocery store beef, a simple recipe for pork chops, or whatever else I feel about writing about I want to help you cook the best meat you can.
