If you have ever had one of these Snake River Farms American Wagyu briskets you know how delicious it is and how much better it can be than a regular brisket. These run $209 which might seem like a lot but these are 20 pound briskets. That works out to about $10 per pound and when you figure in the BOGO it is around $7.50 per pound. Most local butchers get $6-9 per pound for their briskets and this is much higher quality than you will get there. If you have the freezer space load up on these. This is an AWESOME price.

These Bone In NY Strips are an awesome steak. The marbling and flavor in these American Wagyu strips is outstanding. If you have a nice meal planned for Father’s Day, Easter, a graduation party, or anything like that this is a great opportunity to get an excellent steak. These steaks weigh in at around 1.4 lbs so they can handle a big eater or two smaller appetites.
At $80 these aren’t cheap but with the BOGO that brings the price down to $60 each. If you were to buy a normal steak this size at a steakhouse you would easily spend over $50 and the quality of this steak is better than what you would be getting if you went to a restaurant.

The filet mignon is a great, delicate steak for people who like their steaks a bit smaller. If you are getting a couple of the NY strips for the guys pick up a few of these for the ladies. The texture of these filet mignons is out of this world and while most filets have very little marbling these American Wagyu filets have enough intermuscular fat to bring some great flavor you don’t normally get with a filet.
